PAUL JACOBS

Paul Jacobs received his Bachelor of Arts from Eastern Illinois University and his law degree from Creighton University School of Law. Prior to working for Lex Specialty, he worked as both a defense attorney and as a plaintiff’s attorney handling complex liability cases. Paul is admitted to the Illinois Bar and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Paul acts as General Counsel for Lex Specialty Group and consults on all M&A transactional liability placements.

 

DANIEL MCCARTHY

Daniel McCarthy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Notre Dame. He received his law degree from The DePaul College of Law and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University’s Kellogg Graduate School of Business. Daniel is also an active member of the The Illinois Trial Lawyer’s Association. Daniel is a founding partner of Lex Specialty Group and oversees Lex Specailty’s transactional liability team.

 

ANDREW PRINDABLE

Andrew Prindable received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Miami (Ohio) University. He received his law degree from DePaul University, and gained admittance to the Illinois Bar. Andrew is also an active member of The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, as well as the Chicago Bar Association. Andy advises on all insurance placements and oversees our 12- person production team.

 

KEVIN STANLEY

Kevin manages business development and special projects for the firm. Kevin is a sales and marketing executive who harnesses over 15 years in a variety of different industries, including software research where he served as President. He has a passion for developing relationships and adding value to people and their respective companies. Kevin earned a Finance degree from the University of Notre Dame. With respect to civic matters, he is involved with the Big Brother's & Big Sister's organization, Catholic Charities and Gigi’s Playhouse. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as playing golf and traveling.
